<p>The Second video is of Andy Rothman who is with CLSA.  Rothman has a much more optimistic view of China going forward.  I think Rothman&#8217;s contrasting view is legitimate and is worth considering as we see events unfold.   He is skeptical of the threat or existence of such imbalances when this crisis is viewed in contrast to the Asian crisis of the late 1990&#8217;s.</p>
